How are your journals made?
Each book is printed on demand when you order. This reduces waste and keeps quality consistent.
- Production & shipping times
- Production: Usually 3–5 business days before dispatch
- Australia: Standard 2–8 business days, Express 1–4 business days
International: Standard 6–27 business days
These are estimates — busy seasons may add a few days.
Shipping rates
- Australia: $9.95 flat rate (Express $15)
- International: $20 standard
- Free AU shipping on orders over $100
Change‑of‑mind returns
Because each book is made just for you, we can’t accept change‑of‑mind returns. Please choose carefully.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong item?
We’ll replace it.
Email shilouloulove@outlook.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue (cover, spine, inside page, and packaging label).
We’ll organise a reprint or refund.
Lost packages
If your order hasn’t arrived after:
- 20 business days (Australia)

Gifting
Yes! You can ship directly to the recipient.
Prices aren’t printed inside the book.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If it’s been less than 2 hours since you ordered, email us and we’ll try.
Once production starts, changes aren’t guaranteed.

We respond within 48 hours (Mon–Fri).
