Refund policy

We want you to love what you receive. Please read the following carefully before placing your order.

📦 RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or change-of-mind refunds. Each order is printed, packed, and shipped with care, and we cannot restock or resell items once opened.

💔 DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shilouloulove@outlook.com with your order number and clear photos of the damage and packaging. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund depending on the extent of the damage.

📬 INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received the wrong item, we will send the correct product at no cost to you. You may be asked to return the incorrect item or keep it as a gift.

📦 ORDER NOT DELIVERED
If your parcel is returned to us because it was uncollected, refused, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we can resend it at your expense. Refunds (minus shipping fees) will only be issued once the parcel is safely returned to us.

📮 LOST ORDERS
If your order is deemed lost by the shipping provider after an investigation, we will issue a replacement or refund.

All issues must be reported within 48 hours of receiving your order.
